MTEX consulting was formed in 2023 from the concept of bringing together industry experienced executives who have lived and worked the challenges of managing businesses through numerous transitions and have had first hand experience of successes and failures in building strategy, managing growth and restructuring. Working with startups and multi-billion dollar businesses, have built and implemented go to market models for innovative technologies and hired and developed successful teams throughout the world.

Simon Minett

With over 35 years of experience in sales and business operations, and having served as a company director of more than 15 UK and European businesses, I am a seasoned sales and business consultant, advisor, and executive coach. I work with startups as well as established companies to help them craft and execute effective business strategies, while developing their sales and operational capabilities to achieve their growth objectives.

I have extensive experience in technology channel sales, helping businesses navigate complex sales environments to maximize reach and impact. Additionally, I focus on improving profitability through cost optimization and productivity enhancement, ensuring that companies not only grow their top-line revenue but also maintain sustainable and efficient operations.

My approach combines strategic insight with hands-on experience, empowering businesses to enhance performance, drive revenue, and optimize operations for long-term success.

Michelle is a highly respected dynamic business leader with 25 years’ experience in driving growth, leading sales and marketing teams across the B2B tech industry.

Her marketing experience spans the entire marketing suite from brand building to data-driven profiling and targeting, digital marketing (inc. content strategy, social media, account-based marketing), digital customer and partner experience, alliances, and partner strategies for SME, government and enterprise businesses.

William Wilsnagh

William has over 30 years of business experience with more than 20 years in business ownership and various executive leadership roles across Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Gambling / Gaming, Recruitment & Manufacturing. William has an Electrical Engineering technical background and many international IT certifications, an MSc Degree in Information Systems and recently a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching for Behavioural Change.

William has excelled as a Managing Director, CEO, and Non-Executive Director, gaining valuable insights into improving operations and driving business performance. His strategic planning and implementation skills have contributed to sustainable growth in businesses operating in South Africa, the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
